*This time only in English*

Hi everyone! We are on our last full day here at Las Palmas and these are photos of my outfit for yesterday evening. As you can see I feel happy and joyful even though my skin doesn't look like it's best. Since coming here my acne completely flared-up and my face especially chin got covered in achy and big breakouts. It's probably because of the sun, sweat and sunscreen combined and has had me a bit down. But I didn't want it to affect my stay here and ruin my so far so good holiday.

Otherwise I really like how I look in these photos, I look cute and happy, but the acne and uneven skin makes me look at these and think I'm an ugly duckling. And the second thought I get is: Why?! When I see acne on some other person I think nothing about it, but on myself it makes me feel really self-conscious and un-confident. But why must it be so? I try to change my perspective and look at myself and not feel bad about how my skin or my body looks. I want to wear whichever clothes I find pretty and nice looking and wear makeup to accentuate my looks and make them stand out.

But as I have suffered from a bad self-image and hated my body for so long it's a long journey to somewhere where I can say I truly love it. Right now I'm on a self-accepting phase, I accept myself as I am at this moment, but I can't say I like it. I use this blog as one platform for self-love and a form to grow as a person. I want to show myself as I am and help myself and others with finding their own style and learning about myself at the same time.

5 things I do when I want to take myself time and relax

It's important to give and take yourself time to do things for yourself and relax even when you might not feel the need for it, it can truly be beneficial. For myself taking that time is constantly there and I try to benefit from it as much as I can and make them little achievements which make me feel somewhat productive even if it's for my mental health. This is a way to get my mind off of stressfull things such as school and projects etc. and gives my brain a healthy break from all of that.

I like making pampering moments like having a nice face mask on and do something productive in the mids of it. Such as:

1. Making blogposts: This is my little hobby which I truly love and enjoy and like taking my time to invest on it by writing posts and editing pictures to my liking.

2. Knitting: At the moment I'm knitting a new beanie which will probably have it's post in the future (wink).

3. Sowing: I've been sowing as a sort of stress-relief and my enjoyment for over 15 years and it's still going, currently I modify and make clothes fit myself and my obsession over patchwork pillows is not seeing an end just yet.

4. Reading blogs/Watching vlogs: I like getting inspired by other bloggers and reading their thoughts on current fashion or other maybe more serious issues.

5. Putting music blasting and dancing to my hearts content: My favourite thing to do when I'm feeling great but also a wonderful mood boost when you let your body just move and start smiling.

When you do things that make you feel content, happy and proud of yourself it starts radiating outside and makes you look and glow and also will make your mood go up when you might have or haven't noticed it go a tad bit down.
